It's a good thing I love my Rivian, because this place is The Worst. I get FAR, FAR better service when I take my daughter's beat-up, old Honda CRV into their dealership, for instance. And nowhere in my increasingly long life have I ever had anywhere near this poor level of service. I could go on for way too long about multiple experiences. The latest involves them attempting to charge me a la carte for some new wheels, tires and the labor, when the Rivian website advertises a package price for everything that is $3000 less. After politely pointing this out to them, I cannot even get anyone to respond to me. What they genuinely don't seem to understand is that part of the point of buying a luxury car IS THE SERVICE. They are clearly understaffed, under-resourced and possibly incompetent. It's too bad, because the R1s itself is fantastic.

Picked up a new 2026 R1T Tri-Max and the experience was great. The paperwork for purchase and trade in was ready to go and signed in just a few minutes. The setup and tour of the truck features was super helpful. There was a minor scuff on the door that they happily buffed it out. Wish all dealer experiences were as great as this! Thanks!

The team at this SC has been great with communication and resolving a few warranty issues. For a new company they’re definitely improving fast. Love the Rivian but as with my previous Land Rovers; I’m glad to have a great service center nearby. They do have a limited amount of loaners available and a small waiting area with a few tables to work while you wait.

Zero communication. Lack of follow through. We will NEVER come back to this service center. Full story to follow. We are from another state and came down with two toddlers. We scheduled here to have some recalls repaired and our charging port door repaired. Our appointment was at 12 pm on Tuesday. We were told the repairs would take all day at minimum and be done the next morning with the worst case scenario. They even told us to bring it in as early as we wanted to give them enough time. We dropped the car off at 9 am. We were told they would communicate the progress of our repairs. We heard nothing all day with no app updates. We called at 5:45 pm to get an update and were told the service center would give us a call back. We waiting an hour and called again. They said the service center was closed and no one could give us an update on the car, but that we would get updated first thing in the morning at 8:30 AM on Wednesday. We heard nothing. We called at 9 am and were told we would get a call back. We never did. We called again at 1030 with the same results. We finally just went to the rivian center and were told 2 out of 5 recalls had been repaired and 1 out of 2 repairs had b

Loved working with Rivian today. Picked up our R1T and it was so quick and easy. They're very well organized. In fact, we arrived early, and were pulling out with our truck even before our scheduled appointment time.
